Positive: It was a dream to be so close to Playa San Marco. Although a small beach, it's my favorite in TNF. The studio is so we'll positioned... I listen to the waves crashing on the shore, they are so calming... I'd like to see a storm here. I simply love Icod, TNF... So this place was a gift.
Negative: I like to sleep in complete darkness, even for a nap, so if the blinds were more opaque it would have helped.
