Positive: The location is divine, the owner has taken care to make the apartment stylish.
Negative: Unfortunately the stairs to the bed are dangerous and the beam I knocked my head several times the mezzanine needs to be rebuilt to prevent a serious accident. The courtyard is not totally private. The adjacent guests open their door for air and can see you directly.
