Equipped to the highest specification with a front-line views overlooking the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and being on the ground floor giving direct access to use of all the surrounding grounds and pools.
The resort is set within a private gated community and is extremely popular all year round for families, groups, couples and golfers. On the resort there is a 5-star hotel, gym, spa, communal swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, mini golf, table tennis, bike hire, supermarket and many restaurants and bars. It is located within a 10 minute drive from the beautiful Los Alcázares beach and the Mar Menor lagoon which has fantastic water sports facilities, and there are many beautiful other additional beaches and resorts with a 10/15 minute drive. Murcia International Airport is just 25 minutes away and Alicante Airport is less than an hour from both offering good value flights and cheap car hire.
The apartment itself is a very spacious and bright 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, on the ground floor for easy access set right on the fairway of the 14th hole of the beautiful golf course, boasting fantastic views of the course and lake. The property comes with air conditioning, 2 flat-screen TV’s & cable television, free WiFi, a very large balcony terrace with high quality furniture, BBQ, a large lounge and dining area and lots of parking. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. Spare bed linens and towels are also included. There is also a high chair and a travel cot for the little one if required.
The master bedroom has a super king-size bed with a large en-suite bathroom with a full-sized bath and two wash basins. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have twin single beds (or can be zipped together into super king) with a private balcony. The second bathroom includes a walk-in shower and has two wash basins.
The apartment offers great holidays whether with the children, as couples or golfing breaks. A short walk from the 5-star Caleia Hotel & Spa with a lovely golf clubhouse bar and several restaurants and bars and then the Spar supermarket and many bars and restaurants at the El Boulevard by the entrance to the resort. Golf
The Jack Nicklaus designed 18-hole golf course is the magnificent centrepiece of the resort. The course is one of the six on the Jack Nicklaus “Bear Trail” in the region.

Surrounding Area
Beaches: Within a 5-15 minute drive there’s a long list of really beautiful beaches and resorts on the Menor and on the Med with some lovely restaurants and snack bars next to them. Just grab some deck chairs and a parasol (provided) and head down!!
Mud Baths: A visit to El Moto is well worth it, visit the mud baths and cycle or walk down the strip right through the middle of the waters of the Mar Menor.
Cartagena: a must just a 20 minutes drive away this is a beautiful city with a Roman Amphitheatre! Made great during the Roman times when Hannibal set off from here with his elephants on his journey to Rome with so many things to see, with over a dozen museums, 10 buildings of interest, four noteworthy churches and a whole host of monuments, not to mention the archaeological sites.
Los Alcazares - this quaint town on the perfect for dining out. The popular golden sandy beach has sunbeds and parasols available to hire. Along the 5-mile continuous promenade there is an abundance of snack bars and restaurants to stop for lunch or to venture back to in the evening. Los Alcázares also has an old town which is worth a visit.
Murcia – 30 minutes away the fabulous city of Murcia is the capital of the Costa Cálida. One of
the famous visiting points is the Cathedral de Santa Maria.
