Self catering white village house espacially for 2 set in the charming village of Corteconcepcion, 90km north of Seville in Andalucia.
For nature lovers, May and June are particularly beautiful with the meadows full of colourful flowers and the temperature is ideal for walkers. September, October and November are also cooler than the hot summer months and it is almost like Spring all over again....so green and lush. It is also mushroom and chestnut time.
Winters are mild with plenty of blue skies and warm temperatures during the day. At night, as it cools, the woodburning stove in your house provides a cosy place for a quiet night in.
Your one bedroom village house is open plan with air-conditioning and heating, with a private patio. Built over a hundred years ago, it has walls that are half a metre thick, which means the house is cool in summer and warm in winter. The house is tastefully furnished with a lounge area, a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. In the lounge there are books, games, DVDs and plenty of information about the local area, including walking books, maps and birdwatching ideas from previous clients. There is a modern sofa and armchair, tables, lamps, television and Swedish woodburning stove. The modern dining table and chairs are closeby the kitchen
The kitchen has a fridge, washing machine, 4 place ceramic hob and a full size oven. The granite work surfaces house the double stainless steel sink and cover an abundance of kitchen units. It is fully equiped with too many utensils to fit here.
The bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase and is on the mezzanine first floor. The King sized bed has Egyptian cotton bed linen and goosedown duvets, ample wardrobe space, a seating area and airconditioning/heating. One of the walls is the original stone wall built in the early 20th century.
The upstairs bathroom has a large multi head shower, a modern toilet and sink suite with drawers which hold toiletries, a hairdryer, straighteners, and towels for the beach or lake. Further shower towels are white Egyptian bath sheets, bath and hand towels.
The view from the bedroom window looks out across the village to the hills of the Sierras.
Outside you have a private patio with loungers, sun umbrella and dining furniture, barbeque, surrounded by beautiful flowers.
Located on the outskirts of the village it has access to the local bars, the bank, the pharmacy, and yet is only minutes away from the stunning countryside.
You are welcome to enjoy feeding our sheep or picking vegetables from our extensive Organic vegetable garden. The best tomatoes you have ever tasted! We provide a welcome pack including, tea, coffee, milk, butter, orange juice, freshly made bread, farm eggs, beer and wine and some home-made Seville orange marmalade.
