Main Floor:
Enter Esmeralda Villa at the ground floor level, which boasts a master with a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. Every bedroom at Esmeralda has sumptuous, luxury bedding, elegant decor, closet & bureau space, ceiling fans, nightstands with beautiful reading lamps and wall mount smart TV.
The open-concept kitchen/living/dining area has high ceilings, tile floors and soothing white walls tastefully adorned with fine art. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a week of eating in, if desired. This gourmet kitchen has top of the line, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, two sinks, french-door refrigerator/freezer, and Wolf induction gas range. An eye-catching, custom tile kitchen backsplash is reminiscent of aqua sea glass, frosted and tumbled smooth by the waves, salt and sand.
The kitchen cabinetry is French white; beautiful crystal pendant chandeliers illuminate gleaming white quartz counters and breakfast bar area with stool seating for six. Just the spot to sip your morning cappuccino and slice some fresh fruit for breakfast.
The formal dining table is regal, Spanish Colonial style solid wood with seating for eight. Gather your group for family meals with views of the iridescent Gulf of Mexico. The living room is nicely appointed with a sofa and armchairs the color of sisal and seagrass, arranged around an ocher hued coffee table and entertainment center with wall mount Smart TV.
This main living area has abundant natural light; and opens up with panoramic sliding glass doors to a paver terrace on the dunes, directly overlooking the Gulf. There’s a built-in natural gas grill on the terrace, and a beautifully maintained private boardwalk down to the beach.
Complimentary beach service includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs set up daily. Additional setups can be rented from La Dolce Vita.
Second Floor:
The second floor has two master bedrooms each with king beds and ensuite full bathrooms. One bedroom has sliding glass doors that open up to a peaceful balcony overlooking the Gulf. The other bedroom has a divine, oversize soaking tub in the ensuite bath, with window views of the sea. There’s also a bunk (kids) room with 2 twins and a full bed. All second and third floor bedrooms have polished hardwood floors. The second and third floor both have a washer and dryer as well.
Third floor:
The third floor has 2 master king suites with ensuite full bathrooms. One of these masters has a balcony. A spiral staircase on that balcony leads up to a private rooftop pool overlooking the gulf of Mexico with the best view in Destin! There’s also a private movie theater on the third floor with 6 personal recliners.
Rooftop:
The heated (offseason) rooftop pool is great for relaxing and cooling off while still experiencing the spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf. The rooftop terrace has three teakwood lounge chairs. Lie back, sunbathe and sip a cold cocktail while savoring dazzling views of the turquoise gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches of Destin.
Parking:
Please note that each unit has only 2 designated parking spots. There are a few overflow spots but there is no guarantee that they will be available. There are additional areas around the town to park but nothing we are involved with and can not make any recommendations.
