Our condo has been updated with new living room furniture, new wood look tile flooring in bedrooms, new appliances, mattresses, smart tvs, washer/dryer, board/batten beach theme decorating. It is a like new condo and much larger than your average 1100-1200 2br/2ba condo. Trey ceilings, crown molding, rare air conditioned hallways between elevators and front doors. Covered garage parking for up to 2 cars($50/car per stay) and great amenities add to this great condo. A 1 br/1ba efficiency can be added to this to make it a 3br/3ba.

Beach towels provided in the rental. These red and white striped beach towels are yours to use free with unit rental.
