VILLA RONI - Now more than ever in light of the COVID-19 situation, we take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.

Prior to your arrival the villa will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, paying special attention to the high-touch areas. We are using cleaning products and hygiene protocols which are effective against a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19.
VILLA RONI - Built 2005, New to holiday rentals in 2017 and Recently refurbished.
Superb location, situated in a quiet, sheltered spot in Kalivia (Vigles area) amongst the olive groves yet not far out of Skiathos Town. Within its own private gardens, the villa includes a private pool edged by a large lawned area on one side (ideal for children) and an extensive, raised BBQ terrace, equipped with stone pizza oven and a large stone / slate table and seating area to enjoy your food 'al-fresco'.
The house is arranged with the living area on the top floor and has a balcony terrace on two sides of the house which is comfortably furnished for outside dining or simply relaxing with a drink to enjoy the evening sun and views over the Skiathos hills, town and out to sea. On entrance level there are 3 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms each with their own balcony. The Blue Room is en-suite with Bath and shower. The Orange and Green Rooms share a main bathroom with shower.
