We are located on 6 acres in the heart of farming country in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island and yes, our lake is perfect for swimming! We are 10 minutes from Courtenay and 25 minutes from the top of Mt. Washington. Minutes away you will find amazing beaches, golfing, great shopping and top restaurants featuring locally grown foods including our local award winning cheeses and wines. Or, if you prefer, our kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your own meals. Perhaps something purchased at the Farmers' Market, 5 minutes away or you could go down to the Comox Dock and buy a freshly caught salmon or Halibut from a local fisherman.... Backing onto the forest, with views to the lake, the Carriage House is completely private. It is immaculate, beautifully appointed and completely self-contained. Imagine gazing up at the stars while you are soaking in the hot tub or sipping on a glass of wine (from a local winery just minutes away) while sitting at the edge of the lake or on your own covered and beautifully furnished deck.
