This is a secluded property with close proximity to skiing and hiking trails. Very popular destination for families and friends looking to relax in a rustic home with plenty of charm and great sunset views while relaxing on the front porch swing overlooking the town of Somerset!
The three bedroom, two and half bath home is captivating for its guests because of the open living space but private baths and bedrooms. It’s perfect for family bonding and ideal for the most romantic evenings sitting in front of the fireplace. Guests enjoy the indoor fireplace or they venture to the open fire pit with chairs to relax and roast marshmallows.
The ground level offers your main living area with wood fireplace, large flat screen TV, kitchen and dining area with glass doors that open to an outdoor patio area for grilling. Just down the hallway are two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
K-Cup coffee maker for ground and K-cups available for use.
Classic turntable with wide selection of music is available to guests.
The upstairs is where the master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and master bedroom with tub/shower combo resides. The loft area has a leather futon (twin size) for additional sleeping options. Consider working remotely with convenient office space and WI-FI available inside the home!
We love kids and own a small dog and are happy to accommodate both! The home provides privacy along an adjacent golf course with a large fenced area. Pack-n-play is available for guests. We also have dog bowls and dog toys for your furry pet! Your dog must be well-trained as we do not allow your dog on the furniture or beds. Dog crate (available upon request).
The basement has just been completely renovated including a new half bathroom and laundry facilities available for your convenience! The family/game room consists of a sleeper couch (queen) and game room furnishings which will provide a second living space for your guests to enjoy.
