This surreal location with an expansive, 180-degree view of the ocean will take your breath away. The ocean dominates nearly every view from with in this brand new luxury condominium and fills the sky from the huge terrace overlooking the grounds and beach. Relax on the beach, swim in the ocean, enjoy the pool or sit on the deck to soak in the sun and listen to the crashing of the waves. Playa Azul is the newest and soon to be biggest resort in all Rocky Point, halfway between town and the Mayan Princess. This is an oasis in the desert. Find treasures on miles and miles of empty beach. Admire the abundance of shells and sea life that you won’t find elsewhere. This is a beach nearly back in time as so few have walked it's shores! The emerald waters of the Sea of Cortez roll in and take away your worries.
The condo is 1,300+ square feet with a 450 square foot terrace. There are 2 ½ bedrooms with 2 ½ baths, a luxury chef’s kitchen with premium granite counter tops flowing all the way too the floor, dining space to seat 8, a living room with a full-size couch and love seat, and a huge terrace facing the ocean for outdoor living space. It has granite tile floors throughout, 2 king size beds, a twin bunk bed, and queen sofa bed. It comfortably sleeps 8. There is central air. In the master suite and the living room, the walls slide open to allow an unobstructed view of the ocean from left to right. The living room has a 60-inch flat screen television, both king bedrooms have 42-inch flat screens, all these are cable ready or available for your favorite streaming choices. The condo has high speed Wifi for all your devices so you can remain connected while you disconnect.
While you are here, you can rent quads and razors, kayak, paddle boards, and explore downtown Rocky Point and all it’s charm in the fish market. Rent a fishing boat in town and catch your own fish or fish from the beach. There’s nightlife, banana boats, jet skiing, kite surfing, parasailing, and much more to do in town. At Playa Azul, there’s a kid’s swimming pool with 10 slides, two all age pools with swim up bar! A hot tub the size of a swimming pool, multiple palapas to sit under, a large palapa with a barbeque, and outdoor showers. Multiple other pools are coming. There is a fully decked out fitness center to work on you. The full service restaurant has sit down service or poolside drinks and food, you pick!
Due to the nature of the ongoing construction, as we grow, there is a discounted rate. The booking price does reflect this. But don't worry the construction won't be a part of your getaway!
