Vacation condo for grown up kids at Lakeshore by Andersen Springs in Chandler AZ. Must be willing to have fun. Rents for a full month (minimum 30 days) beginning on the first and ending on the last day of the month. Abandon your cold weather and escape! This lush gated community has a lake with a greenbelt for morning (or sunset, I’m not judging) walks. You may chose a short, medium or long walk, depending on your daily mood! Your resort style complex has a nice Clubhouse to hang out with the other “kids” (with winter games and activities such as wine and coffee socials), three swimming pools (you deserve more than two), a tennis court and a fitness center (no excuses now). The great Chandler location is right adjacent to the lakeside Boardwalk shops, where you can walk to the restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee house by the lakeshore, Sprouts grocery store and within walking distance to Fry's. Super easy to get around everywhere, one mile from the 101 Fwy, five minutes from Chandler Fashion Mall (shop, shop, shop!), 9 miles from Cubs Stadium, 15 minutes from Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino,10 miles from Mill Ave District, 15 miles from the Sky Harbor airport and 20 minutes from the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport. Yours is an ultra cool one bedroom ground floor condo with a large patio with a unique mediterranean table set, where you’ll spend a lot of your time soaking up the great weather, overlooking one of the green area gazebos (which is supplied with a convenient charcoal bbq grill just steps away from your kitchen). The place was recently remodeled with all mod "wood" tile floors, custom paint, new cabinets and quartz countertops. The full kitchen - with stainless steel appliances - is well stocked with all sorts of useful gadgets like a crock pot, a drip AND a Keurig coffee maker, a mini chopper (it is obligatory for you to make salsa while in AZ), a blender, a hand mixer, pie tins, etc. in case you get exhausted trying out all the restaurants and eateries around. Of course, the laundry is inside the unit with full size washer and dryer and there’s an iron and ironing board (did I say fun yet?). Your bedroom’s comfy queen bedroom set includes linens (and pool towels), features a 32" flat screen TV, has a little computer desk for your laptop and device charging and is stocked with the usual office supplies and a few basic tools you may need while away (just look in the drawers). Did I mention the 50" flat screen TV which includes basic cable TV and that WiFi internet is inclusive January, February and March? When you come, please try to not brag to your friends and relatives back home. It’s not nice. The condo is personally and thoroughly cleaned by the owners with enhanced practices to ensure the best stay for our guests. Water, sewer, garbage removal, electricity, WiFi internet and basic cable TV included during the peak season of December, January, February and March. During the low season of April through November water, sewer and garbage removal are included (electricity, WiFi internet and basic cable TV are separate charges). The place rents for a full month (minimum 30 days) beginning on the first and ending on the last day of the month. No smoking and no pets please, the place is allergy free.
