Snowmobile riders--This property sits right next door to the Scenic railroad/Hobo rail which acts as Snowmobile Corridor 15 during the winter.
Ski & snowboard--Birch Haven is just 10 miles to Gunstock Mountain Resort
Property is located on a cul-de-sac in a small gated community. Just minutes away by car or boat from all the attractions at Weirs Beach. A large, paved driveway offers plenty of room for parking of vehicles and a trailer. Enjoy spectacular sunrises from the house. At the end of a fun-filled day, take a sunset cruise for gorgeous lake sunsets.

Limited mobility friendly: Level lot with very few steps into the house and out to the lake with two bedrooms and bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room on the main floor.
