Escape to 28 @ Cape View is located in the Cape View Resort Busselton and is the perfect family getaway with full use of resort facilities. With new and updated furnishings, fresh coat of paint, the villa has been upgraded in 2024 to improve guest comforts.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, holiday villa is all on ground level, making it a perfect holiday for families with small children and/or guests with mobility issues that may require mobility aids.
Villa 28 is located within the Cape View Resort, at the entrance to the complex and is just a short walk to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay, a 10 minute drive to the Busselton Jetty, City Shopping and Food Precinct.
Self contained accommodation including kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning, modern kitchen, ensuite bathroom to main bedroom with spa bath, patio area and a outdoor alfresco with an enclosed yard for the kids to run around safely while you relax.
The unit is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with tea and coffee facilities, full kitchen and laundry facility. There is undercover parking and space for 2 cars.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a
professional linen company.
