We are making some upgrades to this property (New septic system) so there may be some exterior construction taking place in the later part of July to mid August (only a couple of days but we are not sure when they will land yet). We will try to limit any disturbances as much as possible - please let us know if you have any questions (or ask if it is scheduled) and we can coordinate. The septic tank will only require the water to be turned off for an hour but I just don't want any surprises. Plus there will be a tractor in the back yard for one day.
