The Ballard Flat is ideally suited for 2 non-smoking people but can accommodate up to 4. Bedroom with queen size memory foam mattress (80” x 60” x 12”, 203 cm x 152 cm x 30 cm) plus living area with fold out queen size sofa bed (79”x 56”, 201 cm x 144 cm) (extra guest fees apply over 2 people).

- In the majority of the Flat, the ceiling height is 6'9" (206 cm). There are 2 places with a beam that provides a clearance of 6’3” (190 cm).
- Access to the Flat: From the sidewalk there is a short medium steep driveway up to the main entrance (French doors), secured by a keyless Smart Lock. Once inside the outer entryway there are two steps to enter the Flat secured by a second keyless Smart Lock. Once inside the Flat there are no additional stairs.

- Consistent with Ballard’s Scandinavian roots, the Flat includes a 4 person 9’ x 5’ (45 sq ft; 4.2 m^2) dry sauna. $15 added fee per visit. You will have exclusive, private use of the sauna as needed (the host will have private use of the sauna as needed when you are not using it). You will be provided robes, slippers, and plenty of towels. For safety reasons, you will need to consent to a separate agreement to use the sauna. Please ask the host.
