With over 4600 square feet, a brand new private swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, and game room, this is the perfect place for a getaway! The entire interior has been renovated and refurnished with Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn and furniture from other local shops. Located less than 25 minutes to the Tryon Equestrian Center, 30 minutes to Lake Lure, and just 50 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate in a quiet cul-de-sac!
Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, and a beautiful stone fireplace and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped to handle your culinary and entertaining needs with Sub Zero and Viking appliances. Seating for 14 guests creates a perfect place to host big dinners with family and friends. The lower level family room is equipped with another stone fireplace, Sonos speaker, card table, bar, and 75-inch TV. The game room with ping pong and 3 couches is another great area to unwind after a fun day of hiking or golfing!
There are 5 private oversized guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms and mounted tvs. For privacy, the master bedroom is located on the main level, 2nd bedroom is on the second level and 3 bedrooms are on the lower level to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Enjoy the built-in hot tub off of the patio or the covered porch with 2 additional outdoor stone fireplaces plus a fire pit to take the chill off of the cool mountain air in the evenings.
