Epsilon Villa, a newly constructed 140m2 residence spanning two floors, offers accommodation for up to 10 guests within its 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Crafted from locally sourced natural elements like stone and wood, the villa harmoniously blends with its environment. Situated in the picturesque village of Asomatos, adjacent to the renowned holiday destination of Plakias, it provides easy access to pristine south coast beaches such as Preveli Palm beach.
Guests can enjoy mesmerizing views of the sea and mountains from every corner of the villa. The main entrance opens up to an open-plan area featuring the living room, kitchen and indoor dining room. The villa is designed to cover the needs of a luxurious stay and offers the necessary equipment, so that you don’t lack anything. The living room features a large corner sofa, a 55’’ Smart 4K TV with many apps such as Netflix and a small table for your needs. Next to the living room you’ll find the a modern fully equipped kitchen which with all necessary appliances for a self catered holiday.
This floor also features a bedroom with a Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite full bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, open closet, outstanding sea vies and access to the heated pool area. Finally there is a guest WC on this level.
Ground Floor
The ground floor features three bedrooms:

Special attention was given to the delight of sleep, by investing in first quality linen of 100% Greek cotton by the company “NEF NEF” and anatomical mattresses of “ISTIKBAL” made of 100% natural materials.

The outdoor area of the villa is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation. More specifically the outdoor facilities include:
