4 Bedroom House in Ephraim, Sister Bay

Get Away! Nestled on a quiet, dead end street in Ephraim and walking distance to the village is this 90 year old Stone Cottage with twenty-first century comforts. All beds, mattresses, bedding, and nearly all of the furniture are brand new. The property has a long rising yard with a separate Back Cabin (toward the back of the lot).
The Stone Cottage:
It has a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite master bath. This was an addition built in 2006 onto the original cottage. There's also a desk in the master bedroom along with a 43" 4K Smart TV that streams Disney Plus, Netflix, and YouTube TV. The second bedroom in the Stone Cottage has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is a small room with a twin bed - ideal for a child. The kitchen is well-stocked with excellent cookware, utensils, and cabinet space. There is a small kitchen table and eating area. --- included are coffee makers in both kitchens, microwaves in both kitchens, stove in both, fridge in both, oven in both --- The living room has a table that seats six and lounging area with a couch and mid-century chairs, coffee table, all in front of the original stone fireplace. There's a 43" 4K Smart TV that streams Disney Plus, Netflix, and YouTube TV. So you get TV (even local) and Movies should it rain. The main house is heated and cooled with a brand new central air system. The Back Cabin is cooled by a portable stand up AC unit in the hall closet, and a window AC unit in the living room.
The Deck:
The deck at the main house has an outdoor table and chairs that seats six. These's also an outdoor shower (with hot water as well as cold) should you get so dirty on a hike or at the beach you can shower outside. It's also great for sandy/muddy kids.
The Back Cabin:
Cozy quarters perched on the back hill. The cabin has a small living area with brand new comfy futon (full mattress). A kitchenette with mini-stove, fridge, and microwave. The bedroom has a queen and the cabin is serviced by it's own high speed WiFi. The bathroom has a stand-up shower.
Beds:
All of the beds (all new) have hybrid mattresses. In addition, each is enhanced with a Lucid 3" Memory Foam topper. In other words: these beds are very comfortable.
Baths:
In all, there are three full baths. Two have bath tubs while the 3rd (in the Back Cabin) has a stand up shower.
PLEASE NOTE: the Back Cabin is not available/included from November 1st to April 30th.
