Summary: The size and layout of the house was excellent. We have rented several VRBO houses and always been pleased with the condition of the homes until this house. It is in need of a serious update to the kitchen appliances, and stocking. All of the baths and kitchen areas and the house in general shows years of use and no intention of updating. Top that off with some serious cleanliness issues and I would not recommend it until ownership offers a better quality of hospitality. It's strong points are the layout for a large group and a lovely residential area close to Newport. We had a good time in spite of its drawbacks, but definitely needs work.
