It is located in the Rockland Park --a new breathtaking waterscapes community in Northwest Calgary. Walking distance to the Bow River. Calgary Olympic Park, Calgary Farmer’s Market and Calaway park are within easy driving distance. Great base to explore the mountains!
It is a brand new home with AC and brand new furnishings! It is very stylish and comfortable!

Summary: House was easy to find and in a great location. New home with a great and open layout. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen and pantry well stocked. Back yard is a great outdoor space. Only negative was the furnace was set on a schedule and was very hot at night. We could not figure out how to adjust it. Would suggest turning the schedule off when guests are staying so it can be manually adjusted.Thanks fo everything!
