There’s a corner spa bath in the bathroom to relax and unwind after a big day of doing.... well.... whatever takes your fancy!
The home is positioned overlooking the Blackwood Mineral Springs with bbq facilities. (Bring your $1 coins to operate them.) Bush-walks and sight-seeing are right at the doorstep too. The village town centre is only a short walk away with cafes, a pub and general store and post office.

Blackwood has a beautiful village feel. It is set in the Wombat State Forest and overlooks the Lerderderg River. With its abundance of wildlife including Kangaroos, Wallabies, Kookaburras and Wombats, hikers, bushwalkers and bike riders are all attracted to the area. This is one place you must visit. Regardless of the time of year, Blackwood has a unique way of showcasing all of our glorious seasons! Being that it is only an hour’s drive from Melbourne’s CBD, Blackwood is the perfect base for a plethora of activities and one of the gateways to the Macedon Ranges and Spa country including the towns of Trentham, Woodend, Kyneton and Daylesford.
