Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and easy access to the entire city, Canadian Forces Base, Fort Sask, and St. Albert all via the Anthony Henday Hwy.
This duplex house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with an air fryer and a backyard with a fire pit and BBQ. Access to a double garage is also available along with double driveway and street parking. Upon checkout, the house is cleaned/sanitized top to bottom. Linens are replaced with freshly washed sheets and high contact surface areas are wiped down.

First and foremost, welcome to your home away from home!! My name is Andrew. My wife, Kasia, and I will be your hosts for your stay. Please feel free to text/call us for any concern you may have during your stay. We would love to earn a 5-star review from you and hope you enjoy your stay :)
The house is located on a corner lot and is a 3 bed 2.5 bath duplex. The main living area and kitchen are an open-concept design with a powder room (half bath) on the same level. This level is also where the garage door entrance is. If there are more than 6 guests sleeping, the large sectional couch in the living room doubles as a pullout sleeper. There is an apple TV included in the room with a massive 55" UHD TV.
Upstairs is where the rooms are:
Room 1: King size bed, massive ensuite with double vanity, jet tub, walk-in standing shower, and walk-in closet
Room 2: Queen size bed adjacent to a bonus room that includes an additional seating area/reading nook
Room 3: Queen size bed directly adjacent to the guest full bathroom
The basement is unfinished and locked to guests.
The backyard is accessible either through the side gate or through the house out the back door. There is a large deck that supports outdoor seating, cover by an outdoor pergola, and a BBQ. Included in the large backyard is a fire pit with wood and kindling stocked off to the side. Folding camping chairs are available in the garage.
