This bright 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is nestled on a 4 acre peach orchard, just steps from the famous Palisade fruit and wine byway. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the views of the Bookcliffs and Mt. Garfield. Walking distance from several wineries. Enjoy mountain biking, hiking, rafting, paddle boarding, fishing, skiing, and more. With unforgettable sunsets and memories to last a lifetime, this is the perfect getaway for you.
Because this is a working orchard. The peach trees had to be removed fall 2022. It’s opened up the views and spectacular sunsets! New peach trees will be planted spring 2023 and will take a few years to mature! We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise!

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay to experience the agri-culture of Palisade. The peach festival aside, we picked our own peaches and tasted world class wine, just down the street. The house was cool on some hot days and comfortable for two couples. Loved the patios!
