Positive: Great space inside. Well equipped kitchen and outside bbq. Lovely table outside with optional shade . Near the supermarket. Location was good for us about a 20 to 30 min walk to beach and restaurants which was fine for us / we quite like a stroll out and our kids are old enough not to moan.
Negative: There were quite a few maintenance issues eg lights not working. Broken wardrobe. Broken back door. Cracked sink in master bedroom. Power tripped multiple times. Hot tub not cleaned properly all holiday. The outside pool is very small and shallow - more of a place to have a quick cool off - can’t swim in it. Cabana in yard very stained and worn. Outside table stained and ripped. When we complained about the hot tub we had a counter email saying there had been a complaint to the police about the noise the previous night when we weren’t even in the villa that night. But Alvaro was very responsive when we messaged and tried his hardest to resolve. Photos make it look very premium but there were quite a few things that made us question how much we had paid for it.
