This townhouse is located just 450 meters from Burrill Lake! Take a quick walk to the beach and back, use the free inflatable stand-up paddleboard for some lake fun, or just chill at home and enjoy the spacious balcony and stacker doors whilst firing up the gas BBQ.
It features two floors, with two separate living rooms, allowing everyone to spread out and relax. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas over two floors (a floorplan can be found within the attached photos).
You will have access to free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV in each living room (two in total). Our accommodation is family-friendly, with all the amenities you need, such as baby gate, high chair and portacot, to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Further amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, clothesline (and clotheshorse), gas barbecue, and ducted air-conditioning.
We supply the following extras:
- Coffee & Tea is supplied. There is a L’OR Coffee Machine with a handful of capsules for guests' use.
- Linen and bathroom towels.
- An inflatable Stand up paddle board which is available for guest use.
A secure garage (standard height double garage suitable for single use) and private driveway are available for guest use.
