Positive: We were in Birmingham as our grandson was competing at the Utilitas Arena, and the location of this house was superb - a 5 minute walk away. It is also close to many other amenities and restaurants. It was great having a parking space so close.
Negative: We were there on the hottest weekend of the year, so air conditioning (or a few more fans) would have been fantastic!!
Summary: Great property in a great location.
