This is a new renovated and self-contained suite (one bedroom) on the second floor at Surrey Centre area, close to SkyTrain (Gateway station). There are also 3 other suites with separate entrance.
Your apartment consists of 1 bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and living room area. Apartment also comes with complementary, fast wifi.

Your suite #1 is located on the second floor of the house. There are 3 other suites with separate entrances.
Our guests will have an access to the big shared deck.
We are 1 - 2 minutes’ walk to bus stops.
Walking distance to skytrain station, the fastest mode of public transport that makes it easy to enjoy the local scene, or to get around downtown Vancouver and the Lower Mainland + YVR Airport.
Easy commute to /from Downtown Vancouver using the Skytrain in about 30 minutes or easy drive by car in about 30 minutes Via Patullo Bridge and Highway 1.
About 6 minutes drive to/from Central City Mall and SFU = SIMON FRASER UNIVERSITY, or 6 minutes drive to/from Guilford Town Centre via 108 Ave.
Our home is within 3 Kilometers to the following:
