This spacious retreat offers incredible Gulf views and is designed for relaxation and comfort. The master suite features a king bed and private balcony access, while the second bedroom includes 2 queen beds, and the third room has a twin bed and a full bed, ideal for families or groups. With plenty of seating options, the balcony is the perfect spot to have morning coffee and dolphin watching! The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is seating for six in the dining area along with seating for four at the kitchen bar!

Summary: Everything about our stay was fantastic. We were on the 10th floor with a terrific view, great parking spot. The condo was very clean, no bugs at all. We could use all three showers simultaneously with great pressure and never ran out of hot water. The towels were new and fluffy, with two per person, which was greatly appreciated. The unit was modern and tastefully decorated, the washer and dryer new and large capacity. Instructions were posted, easy to read with free wi-fi, and 3 TVs. The furnished, over sized balcony was absolutely a dream with an amazing ocean view. Each floor in this building only has two units, which makes access to the elevator easy and convenient. We had one parking spot assigned to our unit, ours was in a great location. The bedrooms each had plenty of drawer and closet space and could accommodate up to 10 people nicely. We had a party of 8 and were very comfortable. The AC worked really well. The condo was very quiet and the only noise we ever heard was when we were outside on the balcony. We had 2 minor issues, the Keurig stopped working and a car parked half in our parking spot. With a simple text, a new coffee pot was delivered quickly, and locating a maintenance man near the pool, had the car corrected nearly instantly.
