Positive: Bathroom and kitchen updated and well designed. Overall layout and size of apartment was good. Great heater, water temperature and pressure. Amazing host- Sergio was so kind!
Negative: Couches were covered with old fabric. Many of the walls were scuffed and dirty. Refrigerator was not clean. The A/C unit in small bedroom was not well sealed and allowed a lot of outside noise in. Quality of linens were poor. We had expected much more based on the reviews. The $45 cleaning fee didn’t seem fair based on cleanliness of unit when we arrived.
Summary: It was a decent places with some nice updates but overall not good value for money
