The best of both worlds is here at our Bellavue! Waking up looking out at Ole River and walking across the street to the deeded beach access are just the beginning of what makes Bella Luna stand out! As we were so blessed to be able to purchase a second home here at Orange Beach, we want to share these breathtaking memories with you!
This unit is a large 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the first floor, featuring a huge balcony overlooking one of the four pools, 3 outside pools, featuring one adult only and one kiddie area, one indoor heated pool, and two hot tubs. There is a fitness center overlooking the water. Inside the condo is the master bedroom with a king bed, master bath with large jacuzzi tub, luxurious shower, and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds, trundle bed, large closet, and bathroom with separate shower/bath area. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a serving bar with separate sink, wine cooler, and ice maker. This is a very family friendly condo with low crowds! Bring your boat, fish or crab from the piers, grill by the pools on the charcoal grills while overlooking Ole River. The beach across the street is very quiet also! There is beach service for chairs if needed. With this unit being on the first floor, coming and going couldn't be more convenient! No elevators! Quick access to outdoor activities or have your eye on everyone from the balcony! There is first come first serve boat parking available. Absolutely no trailer parking though. Please reach out for trailing parking recomendations! Absolutely no pets! Must be at least 25 years of age to rent. This is set by HOA and will be checked.
At arrival, check in at front desk. Parking passes are $40 per car and will be issued at check in.

1 toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish soap, 1 sponge, and laundry detergent. Please be prepared and bring extras.
