The Lewis Cottage is located at 73 River Dr, Fenelon Falls, on Sturgeon Lake. Our 1800 sq. ft. waterfront cottage features 4 bedrooms and a bunky, 4 piece and 3 piece bathrooms, large living room, kitchen and dining area as well as dining on the deck or the picnic tent gazebo by the water. The Lewis family cottage has seen five generations of family members. The Lewis family spent a decade living in Africa, so many of the decorations and memorabilia has an African flare. Sturgeon Lake is a great lake for swimming from the sand beach, fishing and watersports. Avid fisherman will find several species of fish in the lake, such as Pickerel, large and small mouth bass, Muskie and Perch. Our cottage is fully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials. There are two T.V.’s on Shaw satellite, and wifi. We also have a VCR & DVD with a selection of movies. Our cottage features a hot tub, suitable for 4-5 people. There is a boat launch at the end of the road and marina nearby. Your boat can be tied at our cottage dock. There is a four seater paddle boat and a canoe available for your enjoyment! The Lewis Cottage is about 3 km from the centre of the town where you will find a Sobey's, Tim Horton's, Canadian Tire, Home Hardware, LCBO, Beer store, public beach plus many restaurants and specialty stores. Check in at 5pm and check out 11am Fridays. (Unless otherwise arranged) This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted. No smoking indoors. A $250 refundable security deposit will be collected. Security deposits will be applied for damage of owner property by clients or pets, excessive noise complaints or excessive cleaning.
