A well-appointed home situated at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking the Pinemoor West golf course in Rotonda West. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 2 master suites, sleeps up to 6 people with great comfort.
The large great room has cathedral ceilings and encompasses the living room, dining area, open plan kitchen and has a wall of sliders leading out to the lanai and pool deck area. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV and sliders on two walls out to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and marble tub. Bedroom 2 is a junior master suite, features a king bed, door to the pool deck, and its own en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. The family bathroom has a shower over the tub. All bathrooms have hair dryers. This home has cable TV in the living room, master bedroom and bedroom 2, telephone and hi-speed internet access. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.
The caged pool deck has a solar heated pool. The covered lanai has a patio table and chairs, chaises and a gas BBQ.

Summary: We loved this property. Great location and close to our favorite beaches. House had everything we needed for our beach trips and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the 2 king suites and that there were 3 bathrooms. Will definitely stay again!
