The Mermaid Manor House has been lovingly cared for and renovated by the same owners since the early 1970s. The home stands at approximately 4,000 sq feet and has 6 bedrooms (10 person max)/ 3 bathrooms, last renovated in 2018. Enjoy a quiet and restorative beach vacation with all of the amenities throughout a lush landscape with various private alcoves carved out for you and your fellow travelers (both inside and out). Come enjoy a laid back atmosphere where we hope your worries are washed away with the tide just steps away.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family of 10... 4 daughters, 2 son- in-laws, a 4 year old girl and 18 month old girl. The girls loved the playroom and all the toys. The ""big girls"" had ping pong tournaments. We had so much room to spread out and none of the families had to share rooms. Claire was wonderful and checked on us twice before we came to tell us not to worry about hurricane Idalia. We loved being able to walk to the ocean. One of my favorites was the screen porch overlooking the ocean and hearing the waves. Our vacation was very relaxing!! Thanks for sharing your home with us Claire!!
