Come stay at our highly rated (read our guests reviews) beach home. We are located on a PRIVATE BEACH so no large crowds. Our beach is vast and the only way to access it is if you are an association member. Beach access is year round.
New construction purchased in 2017.
Four bedroom, 4.5 bath house sleeps 10+ guests. Located on a quiet road in a private beach association, this house has all of the amenities with a private beach steps away. Four bedrooms, three upstairs one down. Upstairs has a Primary suite with a king bed with private bathroom, a King suite with it’s own attached bathroom. The third bedroom on the second floor sleeps four with bunk and trundle beds and its own full bath across the hall. Living area boasts a fully open floor plan ideal for family time, fun, and entertaining. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, and breakfast bar. Gas fireplace in living room and spacious dining room, all decorated with warm coastal décor and inviting furniture. Fully finished basement includes fourth bedroom with Queen bed, a Day bed that converts to a King, additional full bathroom, and spacious family room for watching a movie or as a get away space for teens and kids. Full flat screen cable equipped TV’s throughout (living room has a smart TV) featuring on demand viewing and DVR as well as high speed internet in every room. Books and games provided.
First floor has a welcoming entry room with a half bath and laundry room attached. Sliding door off of main floor living space opens to a lovely deck and oversized granite patio, complete with no-fuss direct piped gas grill and gas fire-pit. Spacious fenced yard is perfect for evening relaxing or games with the family. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water is privately located off of the patio behind the house, so you can easily clean off from the beach before even stepping foot in the house.
You’re on the beach from this location with a two minute walk down a private set of stairs. Expansive sand and surf extend north and south as far as the eye can see, and the water is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, body surfing, and beach combing. Build a sandcastle or simply kick back and read a book in this uncrowded strip of paradise.
Parking for up to seven cars. Large Springfree trampoline (use at own risk), basketball hoop, and yard games available. Beach chairs and towels provided. Weekly curbside trash and recycle pickup. Grocery, liquor, and fish markets nearby. Local property manager to greet you upon arrival, help you get settled, and be available for any questions throughout your stay. Beach stairs are seasonal (April – October), however, beach is accessible year round using trails and ramps.
Plenty of activities and excursions are available nearby. Historic Plymouth Center is to the north, with a vibrant downtown of restaurants, bars, weekly concerts, farmer’s market and festivals, as well as antique stores and gift shops. Hop a whale watching tour or ferry to Provincetown, visit Plimoth Plantation, or golf at one of Plymouth’s 14 world-class courses. Cape Cod bridges are minutes away, with easy day trips to its towns, beaches, and islands. Boston is an hour by car or train if your trip involves a visit to Massachusetts’ spectacular hub.
For fitness enthusiasts we have recently added a commercial grade elliptical and treadmill in the finished lower level so you can watch TV on the big screen while getting in your cardio exercise. We have also added a Koko Fitness SmartTrainer (universal type machine) for strength training in the heated garage.
