Pour some coffee and lay out in the hammock while you wait for the rest of your group to get up and ready for the day. The San Diego sunrises will light up the sky so be sure you catch at least one from the local favorite hike - Cowles Mtn, which is just a short 5 min drive away! Of course, if you prefer to sleep in, the sunsets never disappoint either! Whether you're relaxing at home, or only using it as a home base between adventures out on the town or at the beach, you'll be so glad you chose this home!
Also located in a perfect central location - just 10 minutes from the scenic Lake Murray, 12 minutes to SDSU, 2 minutes to Grossmont College, 12 Minutes to Mt Helix, 20 minutes to Downtown, 23 minutes to Pacific Beach, and 25 minutes from the Hotel Del Coronado! Mission Trails is home to Cowles Mountain, the most popular hike in the city, the East Fortuna Staging Area (Equestrian Staging Area), Kumeyaay Lake and Campground, Old Mission Dam Historic Site, Kwaay Paay Peak, and many additional areas to hike, bike, observe and explore!
Getting Around:
Driving is the best way to get around San Diego.
Other Things to Note:
The pool maintenance tech comes every Tuesday to tend to the pool. They do not enter the home at all to work on it.
Landscaper comes every other Thursday. He only does the outside lawn care.
