Magnificent renovated 19th Century Stone and Shingle Cottage overlooking Casco Bay retains historical atmosphere while having modern amenities. The home is located at the dead end of a road and is surrounded by lush grass, trees and ocean. Past tenants state that "their stresses left them for the first time in a long time while at Inner Ledge" and it is an "oasis." Enjoy your meals from the gourmet kitchen, relax on the swing on the porch or enjoy lunch on the either of the two open decks. Both decks allow spectacular views of local lobstermen pulling up their traps and the Sun's journey throughout the day coloring the skies. Enjoy the breathtaking views while relaxing to the sound of crashing surf in this private surrounding. You can spoil yourself with the sauna and a Stone relaxation room. There is also a path down to a pebbly beach for you to enjoy the water. It is an easy place to put a kayak in. Enter through the East door into the well appointed, gourmet kitchen. There is a table in here that looks out to Little Harbor. Off of the kitchen is a bathroom with a tub. The dining room is after that with a large table for all of your family gatherings and views from the windows. Continue to explore the downstairs by relaxing in the library with a good book, or enjoying a cup of tea in the living room while looking out to the Ocean enjoying the fireplace. The stair case leading up to four bedrooms and a bathroom are between the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms all have water views. If you travel in the other direction of the kitchen there is an additional living room with a wall of windows. Off of this living room there is a full bathroom with a stand up shower.
