Hakuna Matata is a spectacular brand new vacation beach home that has been newly renovated and fully equipped with everything you need for a tropical family vacation. One brand new, 2021 lifted golf cart is included with this reservation. An additional golf cart is available for rent upon request. Each golf cart seats 4 adults comfortably, and renters have full access for the duration of the stay.
You will truly love this gem which is just a couple blocks to private beach access, as well as access to all amenities within the North Captiva Island Club. The home is a spacious one story 1400 square foot open floor plan, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This awesome home is beautifully furnished and setup with 3 brand new smart TV's with lots of movie and tv selections. The kitchen is a lovely designer kitchen open to the living and dining setup for entertaining. A reverse osmosis water filtration system is installed in the kitchen sink, as well as connected to the refrigerator's ice maker, to ensure good drinking water. The house is equipped with both a regular coffee maker and Keurig, Each bedroom is spacious and has very comfortable beds. The kids room features two sets of triple bunk beds! A screened in porch right off the great room extends the living space with a table that seats 8 to enjoy outdoor dining. The open porch looks down at the spacious pool area with a nice brick paver pool deck. Beneath the home is additional seating, along with plenty of pool chairs, another table, and a gas grill in the pool area.
This vacation rental home is located on North Captiva Island. Remote and undiscovered, North Captiva Island is accessible only by ferry, private boat or small plane. This private island community is reminiscent of old Florida as it once was during a simpler time. Just 3 miles off shore, this tropical paradise is part of the Lee Island Coast barrier island chain in South West Florida. Nearest airport to fly to would be in Fort Myers, Fl. Travel by golf cart or bicycle on our sandy native trails. Here, you will find no cars, no crowds or paved roads. North Captiva Island offers a small town impression with just enough amenities to suite your family needs. Guests would have access to our club pools, hot tub, bikes, kayaks, tennis court, half basketball court, and beach chairs.
