Situated on the south side of Dewey Beach, just steps to the beautiful beach, marina, nightlife, and great restaurants, this Dewey Beach 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Ocean Block townhome leaves little to be desired. Updated beautiful coastal kitchen complete with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. The spacious screened porch and various levels of balconies offer great views and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. View sunrise over the ocean or Let's Do Sunset over the bay!
The spacious and open floor plan on the main living level is ideal for entertaining. Living, Dining, Kitchen, and Screened Porch allow for easy flow. Master king bed suite with vaulted ceiling and skylights and additional queen bedroom with its own bath, and newly updated rooftop deck complete the 3rd floor. Additional living space with games table, small fridge and wet bar on first floor with a twin plus twin trundle bed and another queen bed and shared bathroom. Pull out queen couch in the living room.
A few beach chairs are available for your use, and there is plenty of room to store your umbrellas, bikes, and beach toys. If you like an outdoor shower, you won't be disappointed. Gas grill provided. Parking for 2 vehicles.
