Escape to this tranquil vacation retreat just minutes from Skaneateles Village. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home situated on two acres offers the perfect getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy watching the sunrise or sunset from the deck or simply enjoy the sounds of nature while seated on the open porch. Book now to begin making unforgettable memories.
Primary bedroom on first floor has queen bed with two windows and patio door leading to a large deck.
The dormer bedroom upstairs has full size bed and two twin beds, with four windows. There is also an additional smaller bedroom upstairs with a full size bed and one window. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There are two full cedar paneled bathrooms with showers, each with marble like floors. Washer and dryer is located in the first floor bathroom. There is a large/kitchen dining area on the first floor with lots of windows and marble like floors and a patio door leading out to the deck. The kitchen has a 36 inch commercial grade stove with six gas burners and an electric gas oven, covered by a powerful range hood. The kitchen also includes a stainless steel refrigerator. There is a large butcher block countertop separating the cooking and dining areas. The sink faces a large picture window. The counter top contains a microwave, blender, and drip coffee maker. Plenty of utensils for the serious chef are available. The main entry area which is off a shed like roof contains a wood burning stove. Off the entry area is a cherry paneled library with a 55 inch TV. Wifi is also available on site.
Please feel free to use the whole home with the exception of the basement. Also, the barn and other outbuilding on the property are off limits.
