Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport?s beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade. Note:This home is conveniently located along the peninsula?s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, rollaway twin beds, and much more! Contact us for more information
