This 2 bd/1ba basement guest suite offers a cozy, recently renovated space to relax with two hybrid mattresses, a spacious (shared) back yard, living room, kitchen, and private office, plus a dart board and small dining table.
No parties or events. No smoking inside
This 2bed/1 bath rental is located within a duplex home. The upper level unit is a 3bed/2 bath home and we rent the entire space as a 5 bedroom home if requested.
Units are divided by a 2 way dead bolt for security and both units have separate entrances.

Walk in and head downstairs to find yourself in a cozy and spacious space after a long day of exploring.
Once inside, relax in the open concept living space with large smart TV and dart board. Cook yourself a meal in our full size and fully stocked kitchen and then get some rest in one of our King or Queen size hybrid mattresses.
In addition, we have high speed internet and a private workspace with door and ergonomic chair for those working from home.
Primarily by car and ride share, bus stops <1 mi. away, train stops 1-2 miles away.

Summary: The unit was very nice, nicely decorated, clean, spacious and accommodating for the 4 of us. Everything worked as expected, the check in and check out was very easy. We checked in late in the evening due to a late flight so the keyless check in was very easy and nice
