Welcome to Endless Summer. This home was thoughtfully decorated! The 4 bedrooms sleep 8 guests with a pull out sofa bed in the living room allowing two additional guests to stay sleeping a total of 10 guests. A stunning open living plan surrounded by huge windows and gorgeous views of the water brings the outside in, and partners with lovely gathering spaces outside by the water to create a sense of modern tranquility.
The Space:
You’ll immediately feel at home when you enter this classic Floridian home. Light, bright, and casually stylish - this is the kind of waterfront property where you feel free to birdwatch, soak in the hot tub, or, spend a chic evening just enjoying the entire beautifully designed space.
And of course, we also provide state-of-the-art amenities like TVs and blazing fast Wifi, or a Keurig coffee machine that has both drip and pod functions. Kickstart your mornings (and let's be honest, afternoons..) with a coffee!
Entertain like a gourmet chef and prepare meals in the fully stocked designer kitchen. There’s seating for 4 at the island and an open plan Dining Area that seats 6. Afterwards, lounge on the adjacent screened in patio or perhaps in the luxe living area. These two spaces feel very connected so your group can easily spread out, enjoy a cool drink and take in a sunrise on the water, while still having some shelter from the elements.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS:
Right when you enter, you’ll find the half-bath en suite with Bedroom 1. The bathroomis perfect for easy access guest use! Bedroom 1 has lots of natural light and a queen bed.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are off the same hallway - located right off the open Living/Dining area. Here in bedroom 2, you'll wake up in a queen size bed. While this room is without a TV, it's perfect for a nice restful sleep!
Bedroom 3 has a Full bed with a twin trundle. Need to work from home? We got you covered! Find your dedicated work space in Bedroom 3!
Bedroom 4 includes a spacious king size bed with a mounted TV amenity! The en suite bathroom is large with plenty of storage space.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
The outdoor space is really the key to why you’ll love this place! In the backyard we have a BBQ grill, TV, string lights, and outdoor seating - all with a view of water! These amenities are private to our property.
Take a dip, or more than one, in the hot tub. Relax and enjoy! Grill master? Cook out on the grill during your stay!
Guest Access:
Guests have unrestricted 24-hour access to your unit. Guests will receive a unique PIN for door access prior to check-in, which activates from arrival through departure date. Please be courteous of our space and treat our neighbors with the same respect you would show your own!

Located in Largo this area offers a quiet neighborhood, calm and peaceful evenings, and is just a 10-15 minute drive to public beach access!
Getting Around:
Looking for a beach day? Just head west! We are central to many beaches, including Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach, and many more! We recommend starting the day at The Coffee Mill with a delicious coffee and breakfast before soaking up the sun with your toes in the sand. Later, you can head Caddy’s for that quintessential Florida vacation vibe.
Looking for even more nature? Take a stroll in the serene Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo. It is free to the public and less than a 5 min drive away. For a bit more adventure, we highly recommend a kayak tour of Shell Key. This experience is one of TripAdvisor's Best of the Best 2023 IN THE WORLD. We have personally really enjoyed Capt Yak (.net!) tours, they can arrange private tours and even a sunset tour!
