Summary: There a few small items that need repair (as previous review stated) which is why I didn't give 5 stars. I loved the gated neighbourhood, the view of the arches, and the large pool. The house is only 10 minutes drive to Playa Santa Maria and Playa Chileno which are the most beautiful swimming beaches in the area. La Comer and Costco just down the hill was super convenient. Sunsets from the Master bedroom deck were stunning.
