Summary:
UNIQUE KENAI RIVER FRONT unit with incredible views of the river and mountains. Soldotna is the perfect location for your Alaskan adventure from fishing off the banks of our river house to hiking, kayaking , sight seeing and more. We are 3 hours from Anchorage, close to Homer & Seward and less than a mile from shops and restaurants. We are located in a prime fishing area and provide poles if fishing from our river bank. Be sure to check out the wonderful fishing guides and charters.
The Space:
This condo unit is attached to the main house with a separate entrance door and a sliding door that goes out onto the deck with a bbq grill for your use, views of the famous Kenai River, use of our private fishing bank and we also provide a fresh sealer to seal your catch. We do not allow cleaning or processing of fish inside the units. Please process fish at the bank of the river then fresh seal in the garage and you can store the fish in the garage freezer, not in your unit. We greatly appreciate your cooperation. We can also refer you to fish processing companies that are nearby.

Fairly quiet neighborhood, located between the college and centennial (both great fishing locations). The city is usually busier in the summer and quietly in the winter months. Great romantic getaway with beautiful river and mountain view’s.

Free parking for one car on the premises.

We may be around every once in a while. We could be around more if needed with our labrador retriever, Millie. =)
