Summary: Overall a very pleasant week in Commodore 510. Minor difficulties were resolved very quickly with the exception of Heat / AC issue. The trip was in mid October which means weather can change every day. The week started off warm using the air conditioning. Worked great. However, half way through the week the temperatures dropped to a need of some heat in the early morning hours. The electronic thermostat would not allow us to change from heat to air or back without an access code which apparently no one knew. Contacted I-Trip first with a response they would have the property manager call us. Several hours later the property manager called and stated she would respond if needed. Miraculously, the unit switched from air to heat on its own. This was the case for the last three days of our stay. I finally decided the thermostat must be pre-programmed, but not what we wanted or needed. The access code should be provided to allow the occupant to make the decision about comfort level inside the condo. Besides being dated, the condo is nice and met our needs. If. remodel is considered, think about opening up the small side and making a 2 or three bedroom unit. Also thanks for making this a pet free unit!
