You will relax as soon as you breathe in the ocean air and will leave refreshed and rested from your time spent in paradise.
A stunning renovation was just completed which included all new LVP floors throughout, fresh paint and trim, upgraded Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, a Reme Halo all in one Whole Home Air Purification System and new bedding and home decor.
A great way to start your day is drinking a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise on the lanai overlooking the beach. The lanai is fully enclosed with both screens and glass doors (if you choose). Be sure to plan for many early morning walks along our famous beach and dig your toes in the white quartz sand. We are located .8 miles away from the popular Siesta Key Village. The Village offers a variety of restaurants, quaint shops and fun places to enjoy a cocktail or two. Sea shells and sand dollars can be found along the way! A free trolley is a great option after a day walking the beach which travels up and down the key. Enjoy the outdoor dining and live music in the Village or have a massage.
Ending the day watching the spectacular Siesta Key sunset, either from the lanai or the beach... it never gets old. Shades of pink, purple and orange paint the sky night after night!
You will love the comforts of our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. You’ll enjoy the modernized look, leather furniture and high end accessories. Each bedroom (1 king/1 queen) has it’s own en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Being an end unit offers extra privacy and additional sunshine through the extra windows. Once you park in the assigned covered parking spot, the front door is directly up one flight of stairs or a short elevator ride.
Crescent Royale offers a heated pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a fitness room and outdoor grills. The shuffleboard court and a pool table are fun for all ages!
We have tried to provide all the comforts of home plus some fun vacation items including beach chairs and an umbrella, tennis racquets and new this year, pickleball racquets and a net to use across the street at the public beach tennis courts. Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily cook at home if you choose.
