3 Bedroom Condo in Orange Beach

Low rates for open dates remainder of 2025. Our three bedroom, 2 bath unit for 6 people provides the ultimate vacation experience. This beautifully appointed condo is an eighth floor corner unit (4807) with a wrap-around balcony that lets you see the white sand beach and the beautiful Gulf waters, We also have a view of our gulf side pool and beautifully landscaped grounds. There are several picnic areas with grills on the property along with tennis courts, an exercise room, two outdoor pools, shuffleboard and a gazebo. The indoor pool offers changing rooms with walk-in showers as well as a sauna and steam room. The condo has 3 cable TV's and free Wi-Fi Internet service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the master bedroom an adjustable king bed. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CONDO RENTS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY IN JUNE & JULY.

You can drink your coffee in the morning on the balcony and watch the sunrise. The sleeping configuration consists of one adjustable king in the master bedroom; one queen in one of our guest bedrooms:and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower off the master bedroom and a second bathroom in the hallway by the two bedrooms.
Kids love our complex because there is both the beach and a nice grass area to play on which most condo complexes lack. With both indoor and outdoor pools; a tennis and pickleball court; sand volleyball; and Adventure Land right across the street there is enough to keep all ages entertained.
Our complex also offers a meeting room with a full kitchen for family reunions, wedding receptions, and business meetings for a small fee. We see many weddings taking place each year from our balcony. Why not be married on the beach in our gazebo and then use our beautiful club house for that special reception?

Summary: First of all, we loved the view. The unit is facing the beach and from the 8th floor balcony, we could see the sun rise. It was nice going to sleep listening to the sound of waves. The place was clean and had enough space for two adults and two teenagers. The pools were clean and we enjoyed playing tennis without any distractions. Everything was just minutes away but did not like having to make U-turns everywhere (not the condo's fault).Now a few things we wished were different. The condo comes with bare minimum of everything. Only one dishwasher cleaning pod for 3-night stay and two trash bags. We wished we had at least a couple more towels. If you plan to cook, bring a few essentials with you.Noise level was pretty bad. We could hear people dragging furniture, talking, walking and even urinating/flushing toilet at night. We typically don't stay in condos so we're not used to it.People were smoking pot. I suspect it was the people right above us but not sure. We couldn't stay on the balcony for too long because of this. That really sucked. Not necessarily the host's fault but something to be aware of. It looks like smoking is allowed on the balcony so naturally, people will smoke anything. I'm not sure what the property's rule about smoking is.All in all, it was a relatively comfortable stay for us. Everything was a little dated and needed some refresher/repairs but nothing major.
