HOME: Our gorgeous & modern 2 bedroom/2 bath 2018 build home is a treasure on its own regardless its vast and arrayed scenery out every expanse of window. Designed with quaint elegance in mind one walks in to see the angled high ceilings; shining cherrywood floors (durable & glazed LVT); a sparkling kitchen with white subway tile backsplash surrounding (air fryer, blender, microwave, full size stainless steel fridge, Galanz 2-in-1 Pump expresso machine and single serve coffee maker with milk frothed, latte, cappuccino machine, dishes, knives, etc.), comfy couches, a regal 6-8 person white table, two full beautiful bathrooms - master inlayed stone shower; entryway with coat and shoe bench; front loading washer and dryer; all walk in closets with built in custom shelving and barn doors….extra bedding, large covered deck w/ fire place, seating, gathering table, and gas grill, 70 inch new smart TV, large desk for study, high speed wifi, move in ready fully-furnished….a home that welcomes you from day one! LOCATION: PERFECT. Peaceful, open, and free (a creek, a spring, hiking, deer…you get the idea) you feel you’ve entered the serene country heartland when the fresh air from cascading trees beckons you onto the property. In reality, you are only 17 minutes from BNA International Airport, and 3 minutes from three grocery stores alongside nearby restaurants, Starbucks, gas, banks, and not far from about everything else you could want!! Within the up and coming Antioch address, the home is centrally located on the edge of Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Smyrna, and all the academia, medical, and business of Nashville (Vanderbilt, Belmont, downtown hospitals, city-center, etc.)! Right off of the Concord exit off the I-65, there is easy also access to the newly opened exit (William Turner Pkwy.) off I-24 as well as the October opened new Tanger Outlets about 8 minutes down back roads from the home!
