Gulf views from the top three floors including the amazing roof deck with its flying bed and wet bar, this home also offers a Sonos music system, TV’s in every room and wireless internet. The huge heated pool is the largest private pool in the area, measuring 30x15 + 11x18, and includes a poolside kitchen and a beach volleyball court. There is even an elevator, meaning accessibility for all. First Floor – Main House: Elegant foyer anchors the open stairwell and looks out towards the fabulous pool area. King bedroom with private shower bath. Twin bedroom which can be made up as a king at guest’s choosing. Hall bath has a shower. All of the bedrooms offer wall mounted LED TV’s, elegant bedding, bedside tables with lamps, dressers and closets. All bathrooms offer quartz countertops, elegant tile choices and three have rain head walk-in showers. Second Floor – Main House: Large king master bedroom has a private balcony outfitted with cocktail table and barstools as well as a large private master bath with his / hers vanity sinks, soaking tub and marble-tiled walk-in shower. Laundry room with front loading washer and dryer. Hall bath with shower. Large bunk bedroom with queen over queen bunk as well as a separate queen. Off the second floor landing is a porch overlooking the pool with four rocking chairs. . Third Floor – Main House: The main living area, dining room and kitchen are on this floor to offer the best gulf views. The comfortable living area has a sectional sofa with lounger, love seat, side chair, LED TV. The large dining table seats ten. The open concept kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four, granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless appliances by Thermador and Kitchenaide. Powder room. Balcony off living and dining area has an outdoor dining table that seats eight and a built-in cushioned settee that seats four and can be made into a lounging area. Amazing gulf views! Roof Deck – Main House: This is the pinnacle of the home and offers views over all of the other homes towards the beach and Gulf as well as nearby Rosemary Beach. There is a wet bar with fridge and TV, flying bed for relaxing in the breezes, built-in booth with cushions and all-weather wicker chairs and cocktail height table with four chairs. Great place to relax and toast the sunrise or the sunset. First Floor – West Wing: The “West Wing” is located over the garage and adjacent to the pool area. It is accessed either from the pool area or from a side door if the West Wing is rented separately. Ground floor overlooks the pool through the wall of sliding glass doors. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, 75” LED TV for watching the big game, Sonos speaker system, and a Blu-ray. The dining table seats four. The kitchen has granite counters, breakfast bar with three barstools and smaller sized stainless appliances including fridge with freezer, drink fridge, dishwasher, microwave and gas range. Powder room. There is also a private patio area with outdoor dining table and six chairs. Second Floor – West Wing: King master bedroom has a private bath with his / hers vanity sinks and a walk-in shower plus a private balcony with cocktail height table and chairs. Hall laundry closet with a stackable washer / dryer. Outside: The most amazing pool area on 30A includes the huge heated pool complete with 4 barstools in the water on one side of the swim up bar. The gas fire pit is surrounded by turf and Adirondack chairs. For the sunbathers, there are eight loungers plus two chairs and a huge umbrella in the pool itself.
