Positive: I stayed at this property for 4 nights and 5 days, and I would say it was a very pleasant experience. The unit was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. All the supplies I needed to make my stay comfortable were provided. The check-in and check-out instructions from the host were clear and easy to follow. The host also emailed me regularly and even offered a credit for a future visit which was such a nice surprise! I visited Edmonton for a training at the Public Library, and the location was a 5-minute walk to the venue. The location was also convenient for my needs (groceries, mall, restaurants, train station, etc.). If I had to suggest anything, perhaps adding a full-length mirror would make things even more comfortable. But overall, everything I needed was already there. The only issue I encountered was with the Booking.com app which did not allow me to message the property owner directly. When I tried to access Messages, there was no option to create a message or send one. Although the host continued to email me, it seemed they were not receiving my email replies to them, which was a bit frustrating. An international phone number was provided in the app, so I requested to be added on WhatsApp for easier communication, but I’m not sure if the host received that message either.
